登录与预约

请从 App 内打开 KAI 登录，并在系统浏览器完成认证。若取消登录，可返回 App 重新开始。预约以服务器确认的记录为准，可在“我的预约”查询和取消。

遇到问题时，请提供 App 版本、问题发生时间及操作步骤。请勿发送密码、验证码、登录链接或完整的个人预约资料。

隐私与账号删除

可在 App 设置中查看隐私政策、服务条款、iOS 补充说明和数据删除说明。登录后，可在设置中删除预约服务账号及数据；这不会删除您的 KAI 主账号。无法使用 App 时，请通过上述服务渠道联系运营者处理本预约服务的数据请求。

For sign-in or reservation issues, include the app version, time and steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in links or complete personal reservation records. Reservations are confirmed by the server and can be managed in My Reservations.

Account deletion is available in the app settings after sign-in. It deletes the reservation-service account and data, while keeping the main KAI account. Contact the operator using the telephone above if you cannot access the app.
